Cowboys Steaks & Cocktails is the restaurant to visit when exploring Prague Castle by day, or while soaking up the romantic atmosphere and panoramic views of Mala Strana and the Castle District by night. The restaurant is atmospheric to the extreme, featuring a chic cellar with leather booth seating, plus a fantastic roof garden overlooking the entire city that's open most of the year. Diners tuck into top-of-the-line steaks, but also fish and seafood, large selection of salads and creative side dishes.

Summer season - Terrace 12:00 – 11:00 pm, Restaurant 6:00 pm – midnight

Winter season - Terrace open from March, Restaurant from 12:00 – midnight
