Should you wish to alter your booking after is has been confirmed a charge of 10.00 pounds will be levied each time a change is made.
Cancellations must be made in writing and any tickets or vouchers returned to us.
Theatre tickets are non refundable, irrespective when cancelled.
If we receive your cancellation 5 days or less before the start of your holiday a 100% cancellation charges will apply. If you cancel more than 5 days before your holiday a 20% cancellation charge will apply.
All holidays featured on this web site are subject to availability at the time of booking. Please note, there may be occasions where hotels are fully booked and therefore you will be offered an alternative. Due to circumstance out of our control, it may be necessary to alter your booking. All charges connected with this will be paid by a travel agent.
If a cancellation or major alternation is made to a package after the balance is due, we will offer reasonable compensation. We will not be however under any liability, nor will we be liable for minor changes to a package.
On receipt of tickets and any other travel documents you should check all details and timings carefully.
